What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the products you're interested in and your message. If you call or email us directly, we keep the details of that correspondence.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange delivery or pickup, and manage your order. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Who handles your data
Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Google Apps Script. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. We use a Google advertising tag to measure how people find our site, and the map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Each of these providers processes limited technical data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and measurement
Our site uses Google's advertising tag, which may set cookies to measure ad performance. We don't use cookies to identify you personally. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site or send an enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote correspondence for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our business record-keeping obligations, then delete it.
Access, correction and deletion

Complaints
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
